Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Legislative Law (B.Sc + LLB) is a five-year integrated degree program that offers an integrated knowledge of science and law. Bsc LLB trains aspirants to become lawyers and educates them about the legal system to represent clients. They have a wide variety of job opportunities in law firms, government organizations, and independent contractors.
B.Sc LLB course is a course centered around teaching students about the field of Law. It gives students the essential knowledge they need about the legal aspects of the country. The legal sector in India has a wide range of career opportunities for students, and therefore, graduates don't need to worry about career scope post-graduation.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates are eligible to pursue a BSc LLB course if they have completed their 10+2 from a recognized board. Apart from this, most popular law colleges also state that in order to be eligible to apply for BSc LLB course, the candidates belonging to General/ OBC/ Specially abled person categories should have secured at least 45% marks at their 10+2 level and the percentage fixed for SC/ ST category is 40%.
The basic admission process for BSc LLB is entrance-based admission. Very few colleges grant admission on the basis of the merit-based admission process. Some institutions conduct their own entrance exams for admission to the course, while others national level entrance exams.
